Everything You Need to Know About GoMojo!

Do I Need Experience?  Yes, these are motorized vehicles operating in conditions that can be unpredictable.  When you request to book, there will be a space provided to describe your boating experience.  Most of our guests have either owned boats or operated them multiple times.  These are considered rescue/safety boats and we do provide a boat briefing before you go.
Where Are We Allowed to Go?  The cruising ground for GoMojoVI is listed under the "Cruising Guide" tab; however, you are permitted to visit all of the Northside beaches of St. John up to Waterlemon/Leinster Bay as well as the James' and Lovango.
What is Included?  All dinghies come with ice, cooler, BT stereo, ladder, snorkel gear (as available), cruising guide, bimini for shade, life jackets and fuel.
Should We Bring Our Own Food/Drinks?  You most certainly can but we do have a number of options around the territory.  Cruz Bay has tons of beach bars/restaurants to choose from.  There's also Lovango Beach Club and Resort on Lovango, Maho Crossroads on Maho Bay and  Bikinis Beach Bar on Honeymoon Beach.  Plus there are more up and coming places that we can't wait to tell you about.  If coming from St. Thomas, you can always stock up your own food from Moe's and Food Center, both located in Red Hook about 5 min from the marina.
Can You Fish or Dive from the Boat?  Unfortunately, these are inflatable and also deflatable boats...we can not have any fishing gear on the boats.  And dive tanks are also not allowed as they damage our fiberglass/gel coat.  Getting repairs done on island is near impossible and we can not afford the risk of something happening.
Emergencies?  You can call myself or Scott in case of emergencies but we will go over all of this during your boat briefing.  Your on board cruising guide also has all emergency numbers listed.  April 512.634.7787, Scott 340.344.1190
Where Are We Located?  We are located at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, East End of St. Thomas, USVI.  We are at the marina dock in front of the office.  For dinghy rentals, we ask that you arrive at 8:30am to go over the boat and fill out paperwork.
Other Costs?  Total cost for the day is listed under the fleet page.  In addition, upon arrival, we do require a VS/MC on file should there be any damages.  We do not want to take any extra money from you and will go over the damage deposit in full detail before you head out!
Do We Anchor or Moor? In and around St. John (National Park), you will be attaching your bow line to the dinghy moorings.  Dinghy moorings are usually located close to the beach outside of the swim area and at the end of the channel markers (red and green).  When you visit Great and Little St. James, you will be anchoring here in the sand and typically in front of the shoreline.  You want some depth as to not beach the dinghy on shore but not too deep due to the amount of anchor line and sufficient holding.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?   We definitely understand that plans sometimes change.  We do require a CC# (VS/MC) to HOLD your booking but do not process anything until day of and you can pay then however you like, cc, cash or Venmo.  Cancellations after 48hrs, we will process half the total cost for the loss of rebooking.  No call/no shows will be processed at the full day rate.  We will always work with our guests regarding weather issues and get you rescheduled at no charge or fully refund if it's just not safe to go out.  We want everyone to be safe and have great memories!
